Bob is a dance dad turned studio owner when he opened Innovation in 2015. Since then, he has never missed a performance and always has the props ready.

Dana has been teaching dance since 2003 and returned fulltime to Innovation in 2019. She is the director of the recreational program and also teaches on the competitive team.
brooke anderson
competitive team director
Brooke has been with Innovation since the doors opened in 2015 and has run the competitive team since. Her choreography has been recognized and awarded nationally in both junior and senior divisions.
kayla hoolihan

Kayla has been with Innovation since the doors opened in 2015. She has been involved in every aspect of the studio in the years since. She currently teaches with the competitive team.
MARGIE

Margie began her dance training in New Castle, PA, at GiGi’s Studio of Dance. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is trained in all styles of dance with a concentration in Ballet, Musical Theatre, and Modern.
​After college, Margie traveled to New York City, where she performed and continued her study of dance. She has taught and choreographed in various places throughout Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, including Youngstown State University, Thiel College and Hickory High School.

Amanda has been teaching at Innovation since 2015. Her specialty is tap and is the primary tap teacher for the competitive team.
amanda campbell

Amanda has been on staff since 2015 and has worked with both the recreational program and the competitive dancers. Her specialty is ballet where she teaches all ages.
Abby

Abby joined the Innovation staff in 2021 to teach recreational tap. Abby is an award-winning tap dancer who has brought her love for the genre to her students.
